Every coffee at Roastery 29 is roasted in a hot air flow on a Typhoon 2.5kg air roaster using an OMNI light roast profile — suitable for both espresso and filter preparation. The roastery recommends consuming coffee within 6 months of roasting and 3 months of opening.
