Not Another Boring Roastery (NABR) is exactly what its name promises — a roastery that will never bore you. Founded in early 2024 by the Dudes & Barbies crew in the heart of Holešovice's Vnitroblock in Prague, it is the natural next step for the team behind beloved spots like Kavárna co hledá jméno, Radlická kulturní sportovna, and Bistro B.
The roastery follows the same recipe as all Dudes & Barbies projects: doing things their own way, with passion, honesty, and a commitment to quality. NABR prides itself on transparency, an ethical approach, fair trade practices, and complete control over the final quality of each roast.
