LVL Up Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery and café in Normal, Illinois, founded by Noah Riley — who also owns Bloom's Coffee Bar in nearby Bloomington. Where Bloom's is high-volume and arcade-themed, LVL Up aims for a quieter, more elevated coffee experience, with plant-filled interiors, two fireplaces, and an on-site roastery visible through large windows.
All beans are roasted in-house on a Typhoon 5kg air roaster, with the soundproofed roastery equipped with a SanRemo F18 SB espresso machine and a custom water filtration system. LVL Up also supplies wholesale to select local coffee shops.
