Käthe Kaffeerösterei is a specialty coffee roastery, café, and shop in Oldenburg, Germany, founded by Achim Barghorn in summer 2013 as a mobile coffee bar. Today, Käthe operates a beloved local shop and also runs a coffee food truck for events and festivals.
The roastery sources organic coffees directly from cooperatives and farmers worldwide, building fair and long-term partnerships at origin. Käthe also offers a comprehensive program of coffee workshops and barista courses at their dedicated coffee school, covering espresso, filter coffee, latte art, and sensory training.
